Thanks for the birthday wishes!!!!
May 9th, 2026…
Hello Family & Friends!!!!
A few of you have wished me happy birthday and I thank you. I think about everybody a lot. Yesterday, I took off to Ventura and I stopped at the Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena. The video here shows part of my visit there, and it shows the beach at Oxnard. Some of you know my right foot was amputated in October 2024. I got a lawyer, and I’ve had a couple of depositions. The most recent one was a couple of months ago in March. The insurance company offered us a settlement, but my lawyer recommended I reject it because he said we deserve at least double what they offered. I’ll keep you posted as things develop. It’s been a long process. I’m glad I’m at the beach. I’ve spent a couple of summers here in my elementary school years. I love California beachs. Tonight, the Lakers play the Thunder. I’ll go and watch, but I think this series is the end of the road for them. There’s a lot to look forward to next year and beyond. Once again, thanks for the birthday wishes.
Love,
Uncle Rod …

merry christmas !!!!! !
I sang this in church choir when I was ten. It’s always been one of my favorite Christmas songs …

This is a reggae version of Thank You by Dido. Making AI songs is one of my favorites hobbies! It’s too bad the Raiders had a tough year, but the Cowboys have an outside chance of making the playoffs. We’ll see how they do on Thanksgiving against the Chiefs! Have a great holiday season …

deposition regarding my foot …
I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
Right below, there’s a button for the PDF
of the deposition I gave almost a year ago.
It explains in detail what led to my
foot amputation. The litigation is still going on.
The deposition lasted four hours, and the
PDF is 64 pages. I don’t expect anyone to read
the whole thing, but you can scan through it.
I was honest in all my answers, and it’s tragic
that things turned out the way they did.
I’m tying up a lot of loose ends as we approach
2026. I hope ya’ guys have a good time …
— Rod (“Uncle Eddie”)
